When should we opt for a membership? Reveal answer
A membership is particularly beneficial when your company requires more than a few hours of consultation per year. Because the more help you need, the more you save as a member. Apart from that, the membership is also crucial for leaders who need help fast and want to be as flexible as possible. Your projects also stay on track automatically because each membership plan includes regular check-ins.
Does the membership include advisory? Reveal answer
Each membership plan comes with the listed benefits but doesn’t include consulting. However, each plan does include free regular check-ins, which often contain some consulting.
How do the regular check-ins work? Reveal answer
In fixed intervals (depending on your plan), I’ll reassess the projects we’ve been working on. It can be different for each company and project, but it might include analyzing changes committed to your website, scrutinizing articles written in the meantime, or checking in with leaders and staff to see if they’ve moved closer to reaching their goals. You can leave the nature of the check-ins up to me, or we can discuss what you’d like me to focus on. The check-ins themselves come at no additional cost, as they’re included in the membership. If a check-in brings to light an issue for which you need further assistance, I’ll point it out, and we’ll discuss it first.
Is there a minimum term commitment? Reveal answer
The minimum term commitment for the FRIENDS and PARTNERS plans is 12 months. If you haven’t canceled by the end of the term, the membership will renew for another 12 months. The GUESTS plan doesn’t have a minimum term; guests can use my services on a case-by-case basis but have no access to members-only benefits.
How and when can we cancel? Reveal answer
You can cancel anytime before the end of the 12-month term, even one minute before it ends. But I’ll accept cancellations for up to a week after the term has officially ended, in case you forgot to cancel on time. To cancel, send an informal email to or give me a call. I’ll send you a confirmation receipt via email soon after. As sad as I am to see you go, I hope we can work together again in the future.
